摘要
目的 :通过外源性补锌观察锌对兔牙正畸移动的影响。方法 :建立兔牙正畸移动实验模型。实验组每日肌注 1%ZnSO4 (4mg/kg体重 ) ,对照组注射生理盐水。手术后 14d测量牙齿移动距离并观察正畸牙周组织改建情况。结果 :实验组兔牙移动距离与对照组相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。光镜观察和图像分析显示实验组牙槽骨的改建活跃 ,张力侧新生骨的量明显高于对照组。结论 :补锌可能通过直接或间接作用 。
AIM: To investigate the effect of zinc supplement on orthodontic tooth movement in rabbits. METHODS : The models of rabbits orthodontic tooth movement were established. Experimental group were received intramascular injection of 1% ZnSO 4 and control group with distilled water.Two weeks later, measure the distance of tooth movement and investigate the histological changes of orthodontic periodontal tissuse. RESULTS: In the experimental group, the distance of tooth movement was larger than that in the coutrol group( P <0.05). The histological changes showed that the osteogenesis and osteolysis of the alveolar bone appeared progessively active. CONCLUSION: Extra zinc supplement might be directly or indirectly promote the orthodontic alveolar bone remodeling.
