摘要
目的探讨黛力新加心理疏导疗法在神经症治疗中的价值。方法采用黛力新加心理疏导疗法治疗神经症，以 CCMD－ 2－ R做为诊断依据， SCL－ 90为分类诊断和疗效判定指标。结果黛力新加心理疏导疗法较单纯心理疏导疗法或黛力新药物治疗疗效明显提高， SCL－ 90各因子分明显降低。结论神经症是一种精神障碍性疾病，药物加心理疏导治疗十分重要。
Objective To explore the effects Deanxit and the dredging Psychotherapy on patients with neuroses.Method The therapeutic efficacy of Deanxit and dredging psychotherapy on neuroses was observed. The diagnosis was based on CCMD－ 2－ R. The classification diagnosis and efficacy determination indexes was SCL－ 90.Result The therapeutic efficacy of Deanxit and dredging psychotherapy on neuroses was significantly higher than that of each therapeutics, and every SCL－ 90 scores were also much lower. Conclusion Neuroses is a mental disorder,so drug treatment combined with dredging psychotherapy is very important.
