摘要
核糖霉素产生菌核糖苷链霉菌 (Streptomyces ribosidificus)原生质体经紫外线和氯化锂复合处理得到 2株新的菌株 RF2 - 2 5和 RF3- 173,产生抗生素核糖霉素的能力分别比出发株 RF- 5提高了 17%和 15 .3% ,且已供工业化正常生产。该方法简单易行 ,效果很好。
By mutation breeding of protoplasts of Streptomyces ribosidificus RF 5 with combined treatment of UV and LiCl, two improved strains RF 2 25 and RF 3 173 whose fermentation activity are 17.0% and 15.3% higher than the parent strain RF 5 respectively were obtained and used in mass production.
