摘要
用 RP- HPL C法测定利福肼胺胶囊中利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺含量。采用 Delta pak C1 8色谱柱 ,流动相分别为甲醇 - p H 4.5磷酸盐缓冲液 (75∶ 2 5 )和甲醇 - p H 3.5磷酸盐缓冲液 (6∶ 94) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。方法回收率为99.5 %～ 10 0 .2 % ,RSD均小于 1.6 0 %。
Three components in Li Fu Jing An capsules were determined by HPLC. A Waters Delta pak C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol phosphate buffer (pH 4.5)(75∶25) for rifampicin and methanol phosphate buffer (pH 3.5)(6∶94) for isoniazid and pyrazinamide, at the detection wavelength of 254 nm. The average recoveries were 99.5%~100.2%, RSD s were less than 1.60%.
