摘要
报道了用于AMS^(10)Be分析的BeO的制备流程,用EDTA作掩蔽剂,在不同pH值下沉淀不同的离子,从而达到纯化Be的目的,再在高温灼烧下转换成BeO。目前制备的样品有空白、陨石、沉积物及锰结核。用本流程制得的空白的^(10)Be/~9Be比值为1.1×10^(-13),略高于Zürich ETH及Pennsylvania实验室,而低于其他二实验室,显示了我们制得的BeO中^(10)B干扰小,因而制样流程是成功的。
The chemical procedure of preparing BeO used in AMS is reported. With EDTA as shielding reagents, different ions are precipitated at different pH values to purify Be which is then converted to BeO at high temperature. A set of BeO samples including Jilin meteorite, ocean sediment, Mn-ncdule and blank have been prepared for use. For the blank the ratio 10Be/9Be is measured to be 1.1×10-15, a bit higher than that of Zurich ETH and Pennsylvania, and lower than that of other laboratories. The results show that the interference of 10B in our samples is negligible and the chemical processes of making BeO samples are therefore successful.
