摘要
针对我国火电厂灰场扬尘问题日益严重的现象 ,在大量实验的基础上 ,合成了一种新型无机—高分子复合抑尘材料来覆盖灰场。通过交叉配比实验 ,分析了这种材料的组成及其添加量对覆盖层的耐温、耐风力、耐水及抗压强度等抑尘性能的影响。结果表明此复合材料合成工艺简单 ,抑尘效果好 。
Aimed at the fly ash problem of ash keeper site in power plant,it is composed that a novel inorganic polymeric compound material is covered ash keeper site based on experiment.It is researched the influence of the composition of this material and the amount of each composition on the characteristics of the resistance to temperature,wind,water,and pressure etc.Through cross match experiment,the results show that the compound material could be made by a simple way and fly ash could be controlled effectively.Its application would give us potential economic and environmental benefits.
