摘要
文章介绍了高效率低本底HPGe γ谱仪的水体源效率刻度和土壤样品的分析方法。用^(152)Eu,^(241)Am和^(60)Co混合水体标准源及一组单能γ射线水体标准源,测定了^(152)Eu和^(60)Co γ射线符合相加校正因子、土壤相对于水的样品自吸收校正因子及U,Th,Ra,K某些γ射线干扰的校正因子。用单能γ射线水体标准源和土壤标准源分别检验了体源效率刻度的准确性及土壤样品分析方法的可靠性。测量结果与参考值符合得很好。
The paper presents calibration of aqueous volume sources efficiency and analytical method of soil sample for the High Efficiency and Low Background HPGc γ-Spectrometer. The ^(152)Eu aqueous volume standarde source mixed with ^(241)Am and ^(80)Co and one group mono-energy γ-ray aqueous volume volume standarde source were used. The Coincidence summing corrective factores of ^(152)Eu and ^(60)Coγ-ray for the γ-spectrometer,sample sail-absorption corrective factores and γ-ray jamming corrective factors of U, Ra, Th and K were measured separately. Exactness for the efficiency calibration of the volume source and reliability of soil sample analytical method were checked separately with mono-energy γ-ray aqueous volume standarde sources and the soil standarde sources. The measuring results were in good agreement with references values.
