摘要
作者采用16L54的正交设计表,以普生轮藻(Chara vulgaris L)为材料,在Cd2+,Hg2+,Pb2+和Cr6+等4种重金属离子不同浓度的模拟污水混合培养环境中,研究了轮藻对这4种重金属离子的富集与净化能力.结果表明,轮藻对这4种重金属离子具有一定的净化与富集能力,且具有相对独立性.
The authors studied the effects of several heavy metal ions in differen concentr ation of Cd2+, Hg2+,Pb2+ and Cr6+,on the ab ility to purify and accumulate the heavy metal ions in Chara vulgaris L. It was discovered that the effects of heavy metal ions on the Chara vuigaris L. changed with their different concentration. The tre nd was that the chlorophyll content and cell membrance permeability was decrease d with the increase of the heavy metal ions. The degree of the chlorophyll conte nt effected was Cr6+,Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+,and that of c ell membrance permeability af fected was heavy metal ions and its ability to purify and accumluate one ion was not affected by others.
