摘要
通过加入聚合松香及两种催化剂的配合使用 ,有效地解决了高庚烷容忍度树脂会导致低溶解粘度的难题 ,同时 ,提高了酯化反应程度和收率。并对树脂的酸值、粘度、软化点和正更烷容忍度等性能进行了分析测试 ,最终获得了低酸值、高软化点、高粘度、高更容的浅色松香改性壬基酚醛树脂产品。
In the paper,the rosin modified phenolic resin is investigated.Nonylphenol is firstly used as the material, when polymerized rosin is added and two catalysts are employed together, the problem that the resin of high viscosity must lead to the low n-heptane value was successfully solved.Accordingly, owing to the adoption of two catalysts, the esterification degree was raised and the by-product was reduced.The high-grade resin of low acid value、 apparent viscosity、high soften point and the fine n-heptane tolerance is finally obtained by the analysis of the product.
