摘要
新工艺主要改进了过碳酸钠传统的低温结晶生产方法 ,使反应能在室温 (2 0℃~ 30℃ )下进行 ,能耗降低。通过改变原料配比 ,选择适宜的反应温度和反应时间及用复合型无机盐作稳定剂使产率与活性氧含量分别提高到 85 %及 13%以上 ,原料价格低廉易得 ,无三废产生 ,不污染环境 ,同时降低了生产成本。
The new process that the method of low temperature crystallization in traditionally for preparation of sodium percarbonate had been improved so that the reaction can be carry out in the room temperature. The yield of the product and the content precent of reactive oxygen has increased to 85% and 13% respectively by changing the proportion of reactants, reaction temperature, and reaction time, using complex inorganic salt as stable reagent. It is easy to obtain the raw materials with low price. The new process is free from the waste fluid, waste gas and waste residue, it caused no pollution to environment and the prodution cost is decreased.
