摘要
总结了石墨表面等离子喷涂Nb ,Mo ,CaZrO3,ZrO2 (Y2 O3)粉制备耐热涂层的喷涂工艺 ,测试了石墨涂层热震稳定性 。
The technology with plasma spraying Nb,Mo,CaZrO 3 and ZrO 2(Y 2O 3) powder on graphite was summarized.The resistance to thermal shocks of coatings on graphite was tested,Microstructurs of various coatings were analyzed.The carbon increment of uranium ingot was from zero to ten μg/g with CaZrO 3/ZrO 2(Y 2O 3) coating,the carbon increment of uranium alloy ingot was from seventeen to twenty-six μg/L with Mo/ZrO 2(Y 2O 3) coating.
