论述了上海汽车工业发展的指导思想与决策思路的形成,对发展上海轿车工业的模式、策略、国产化、企业管理和党的建设等诸方面作了概要阐述。
The guiding ideology and the formation of a strategic decision of Shanghai auto industry development is stated in this paper, The mode, stratagem, localization, enterprises' management and the Party' s construction etc. to developing Shanghai car-making industry are briefly introduced by the author.
