摘要
传统复合材料界面强度细观试验采用界面端部脱粘时的剪切应力作为界面剪切强度的表征 ,而理论分析表明双材料界面端应力场存在奇异性。在分析拔出试件界面端应力奇异性的基础上 ,对钢棒 /环氧复合材料在宏观尺度进行断裂韧性的试验测试 ,所得结果与压入试件界面端试验结果比较 ,表明不同类型界面端断裂韧性也不相同 。
With the aid of asymptotic and variable separation, the analysis of singular stress near the interface end of pull-out specimen are fulfilled. Based on the above analysis, the singular stress field characterized by stress intensity factor is given. The test of fracture toughness is done and the result in the paper compared with push-out test shows that the difference between them need to be studied further.
