摘要
目的 :了解银川市小学生现时营养状况 ,为少儿的卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法 :对银川市两所小学 1719名小学生进行营养状况调查。结果 :银川市小学生营养正常率为 6 3 12 % ,男女生分别为 6 5 2 5 %、6 0 82 %。营养不良率为2 2 5 1% ,男女生分别为 17 71%、2 7 6 9%。女生营养不良率明显高于男生。超重率为 7 6 2 % ,男女生分别为 8 86 %、6 2 9%。男生超重率明显高于女生。肥胖率为 6 75 % ,男女生分别为 8 18%、5 2 0 % ,男生肥胖率明显高于女生。营养不良率低于银川市 1997年调查结果 ,超重肥胖率高于 1997年调查结果。结论 :银川市小学生的营养状况逐年改善 。
Objective:To survey the present nutrition status of the pupils in Yinchuan and to provide scientific proof for the child health care work.Method:To conduct the survey on the nutrition status of 1719 pupils in two primary schools in Yinchuan according to the rules issued by the authorities concerned.Results:The normal nutrition rate of the pupils in Yinchuan was 63.12% and the percentages for male and female pupils were 65.25% and 60.82% respectively.The malnutrition rate was 22.51%, and the percentages for the male and female pupils were 17.7% and 27.69% respectively.The malnutrition rate of the female pupils was obviously higher than that of the males.The overweight rate was 7.62% and percentages for the males and females were 8.86% and 6.29% respectivelly,which indicates the higher rate in the males.The obesity rate was 6.75% and percentages for the males and females were 8.18% and 5.21% respectively,indicating the higher obesity rate existed among the male pupils.In general,the malnutrition rate has been proved to be lower than that in 1997 survey,while the obesity rate higher than that in 1997.Conclusion:The nutrition status of the pupils in Yinchuan Municipality has been gradually upgraded year after year,while the increasing trend of hypernutrition should not be neglected.
