摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定脂宁口服液中有效成份大黄酚含量 ,并进行了方法学考察 ,结果显示该法重现性、稳定性好 ,加样回收平均率为 98.72 % ,RSD为 1 .1 0 % ,可作为脂宁口服液质量控制方法。
Objevtive:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chrysophanol in zhining oral solution.Method:The sample was extracted with methanol chloroform and in order after hydrolysis by hydrochloric acid.Chromatographic coniditions:Shim adzu LC-6A with SPD-6AV detector at 254nm,methenol-0.1% phosphoric(77:23) as the mobile phase.C18 column(5×200mm).Result:Chrysophanol in Zhinging oral solution was baseline separated and determined.The content was over 0.210mg/ml,recovery rate 97. 82%,and RSD 1.10%.Conclusion:Simple,rapid and accurate,this method can be used for the quality control of this oral slultion.
