摘要
目的 观察噪声暴露后豚鼠Corti器内热休克蛋白的变化。方法 取杂色、耳廓反射正常、鼓膜完整的豚鼠20只,分为正常对照组(NG)和高强度噪声暴露组(HG),所用高强度噪声为115dB SPL,噪声暴露后取下耳蜗,应用抗热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的单抗作免疫组化观察。结果 噪声暴露组豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞HSP70染色强度比对照组强。结论 热休克蛋白在噪声所致豚鼠听力损伤中可能起一定防护作用。
Objective To study the change of the heat shock protein in Corti' s organ of guinea pigs after noise exposure. Methods Twenty healthy guinea pigs with normal auricle reflex were used in the study. The animals were divided into two groups, the normal group( NG) and the high intensity noise group(HG). The intensity of high intensity noise were 115 dB SPL. The temporal bulla of the animals after noise exposure were removed and immunohistochemistry study of the Corti ' s organs was carried out with HSP - 70 monoclonal antibody. Results Anti - HSP - 70 immunoreactivity was located in the hair cells of the Corti's organ of the normal animals. The density of immunoreactivity staining of the hair cells in HG animals was significantly higher than that in NG animals . Conclusion The heat shock protein 70 may play a role in protecting hair cells from noise trauma.
