摘要
用大网格吸附剂提取 3,2′,6′- N-乙酰西索米星。筛选出 YPR- 大网格吸附树脂 ,探索了它在动态条件下的吸附及解吸条件 ,最大吸附容量可达 15 .6 g/L ,收率为 93.5 %。
Extraction of 3,2′,6′ tri N acetylsisomicin by means of macroreticular adsorption was reported. The macroreticular adsorbent YPR Ⅱ was chosen as the best adsorbent. The optimum condition of absorption and desorption on the dynamic state were investigated. The adsorption capacity of macroreticular adsorbent YPR Ⅱ is up to 15.6g/L. Recovery of 3,2′,6′ tri N acetylsisomicin was rated up to 93.5%.
