摘要
通过对川沙医疗中心 2 2 2名后勤职工的问卷调研 ,又通过对洗涤中心、配货中心、膳食科、总务科、设备科等科室的情况进行了解 ,在文章中着重阐述了医院后勤社会化变革对院科两级管理、对后勤职工、对医院管理机制产生的影响 ,以及面对医院后勤社会化变革所带来的思考 ,旨在上级有关政策的指导下 ,为医院全面推进后勤社会化改革奠定理论基础。
We surveyed 220 logistic stuff in Chuanhe medical center with questionnaire, invested the washing center, the ordering center, the diet department, the general service department and the equipment department, and interviewed with some logistic directors and logistic stuff. This paper discussed influences on two-level management of hospital and department, logistic stuff and hospital management for the reform of socialization of hospital logistics and some ideas about the reform of socialization of hospital logistics. The purpose was to make basement for fully pushing forward reform of socialization of hospital logistics under the guideline of the corresponding policies.
