关系营销是一种新的营销观念。它认为;“买卖就是关系,企业与顾客的关系持续时间越长,企业受益越大。关系营销对企业的效用是多方位的,因此,现代企业应注重搞好“关系营销”。
Relationship business is a new kind of business, it believes that business is a kind of relationship, the longer the relationship between on enterprise and its clients keeps. the more profits the enterprise receives. This kind of husiness has various effect on enterprise,so it should be given morc attention.
