摘要
本文对柴油机喷油泵柱塞套的载荷及约束进行了分析,介绍了应用8~21节点三维等参数单元对柱塞套的应力和位移进行计算的有限单元力学模型,并分析了应力和径向位移的分布规律。最后,提供了最大应力和最大变形所在的部位和数值。
Load and restriction are analyzed for slceve barrel of injection pump in a dicscl. A finite clement mechanical model is presented for calculation of the stresses and displacements of barrel by using three-dimensional isoparametric clement with 8~ 21 nodes, and the stress distributions and radial displacement arc dealt with. Finally, locations of maximum stresses and deformation and their values are determined.
