摘要
本文结合核工业地质系统的情况,认为地勘单位应尽早尽快地实现经营机制的建立和转换。适应社会主义市场经济的要求,促进地质经济的发展。指出目前阻碍地勘单位经营机制转换最主要的问题是那种固有的把地勘单位当成事业单位的认识。在转换地勘单位经营机制中要抓住观念转变、生产结构调整等五个重点。
Based on the actual conditions of the geological depart-ments and units in the nuclear industry the authors call for rapid trans-formation of the operating mechanism of the geological prospecting unitsto a new one suiting the demands of the socialist market economy andpormoting the development of geological economy. It is pointed out thatthe conventional notion that geological prospecting units are institutionalbodies is the major barrier hampering a change in the way they operate.Therefore, stress should be laid on changing this old idea and readjustingthe structure of production. Some other key measures to be taken for thispurpose are also proposed.
