摘要
本文首先对R&D的评估进行了分类 ,并给出了一个评估R&D活动的分析框架。在论述什么是有效的R&D活动以及有效的R&D评价系统后 ,重点介绍了国外几种有效的R&D评价方法。
Based on the classification of R&D evaluation, a framework to analyze R&D activity is given. After discussing what the effective R&D activity is and what the effective R&D evaluation system is, several important R&D evaluation methods are introduced and analyzed.
