摘要
本文探讨自 1978年以来中国创新系统转型过程中的四个特征 :(1)内含质变的渐进转型道路 ;(2 )诱致性变迁与强制性变迁的结合 ;(3)局域试点先于整体推进 ;(4 )转型需要理论的引导。
This paper sets its analytical focus at the four characteristics of the transformational process in China's current system of innovation, i.e. 1) a road of gradual transformation with partial qualitative changes; 2) the integration of causative changes with propellant changes; 3) partial or precursor experiments precede the whole advancement and 4) institutional transformation needs guidance by related theories.
