摘要
报告5例用气囊导管扩张治疗输尿管狭窄,其中4例因输尿管切开取石术后引起,1例为肾盂成形术后狭窄。随访3至18个月均无重新狭窄和肾积水加重,与开放手术比较,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。
Five patients with ureteral strictures were treated withtransluminal balloon dilation.The strictures were caused by ureterolithotomyin 4 cases,and by pyeloplasty in another.No new strictures eappeared,nohydronephrosises aggravated in the follow-up of 3—18 monthes.Comparingwith open ureteroplasty,balloon dilation was a minor damage and quickrecovery method.
