摘要
用唾液睾酮碘标放射免疫测定法测定了341例6至78岁正常男性的唾液睾酮含量。经数学模型确认、统计学分析证实,年龄与唾液睾酮含量分布呈三次曲线关系((?)=-12.7711+1.8378x-0.0040x^2+0.0003x^3,R=0.9672),根据其关系建立了正常值,9岁前唾液睾酮含量均值3.9pg/ml,12～13岁均值为34.4pg/ml,高峰(84～140pg/ml)出现在25～45岁,50岁后下降明显。
The relationship between the age and salivary testosterone (T)level measured by RIA was investigated in 341 normal males aged from 6 to 78.The result showed that there is cubic fitting relation((?)=-12.7711+1.8378x-0.0040X^2+0.0003X^3,R=0.9672).According to thisresult,the normal level of salivary T.can be established.The mean salivaryT.level was 3.9pg/ml before 9 years old and 34.4pg/ml from 12 to 13.Thelevel reached its peak(84-140pg/ml)at the age of 25-45 and decreasedafter 50 years old.
