Ultrafine particles were produced by evaporization of Fe-2wt% Si alloy in N_2 atmosphere at0. 1 kpa pressure. The morphology , particle size , crystal structure and magnetic properties of the parti-cles obtained were determined by transmission electron micoscope observing, X-ray diffractionanalysing and vibrating samples magnetometer measurement. It was discussed that the construction ofthe ptarticles and mechanism on the particles forming.
