摘要
根据多机电力系统中存在的振荡模式在频域内的近似解耦特性,确定了机模关联特 性及稳定器最佳装设地点之后,采用极点配置原理的频率响应法,用最小二乘法原理拟 合稳定器参数并给出了相应的计算公式。此法简洁实用,很好地解决了单机单模式和单 机多模式校正问题,适用于多机复杂电力系统的稳定器设计,并使之大为简化。文中以 9机电力系统为例进行了分析设计。
A new practical approch for the coordinated synthesis of power system stabilizers in multimachine power systems is presented.At first, a decoupled characteristic between the damping of an electromechanical mode and the stabilizer equivalent gain of the machines is introduced. using this decoupled characteristic, the optimum location for stabilizer application is identified. And then a new frequency response method including eigenvalue assignment is proposed to determine the stabilizer parameters by the least square approximation.As compared with previous approaches which are adequate to simple power systems, the proposed method is more practical and efficient. A 9-machine power system is illustrated to verify the method.
