摘要
本文对人和动物补体成份“C_3”和抗“C_3”抗体的提取精制及荧光标记作了探试性研究,首次将补体免疫荧光法由理论记载推向具体实用,所设计的抗IgG和抗C_3双重免疫荧光法,经对EHF免疫荧光检定证实,它较其它免疫荧光染色法具有更高的灵敏度,在EHF和其它疾病的临床诊断、疗效考核及病理研究中是一种理想的检测新方法。
An experimental study was made on the extraction and purification of the human and animal complement components: 'Cs' and anti- 'Cs'-antibodies as well as the latter's fluorescent labelling technique. For EHF, antiIgG-anti 'Cs'double immunofluorescent antibody technique was proved to have a higher sensitivity than other immunofluorescent antibody tech-niques,and it would be a new and ideal detection method for clinic diagnosis of EHF and other diseases, examination of acurative effect, and pathological researches.
