摘要 本文通过制备荧光素标记庆大霉素和抗庆大霉素兔血清,建立了人血清中庆大霉素的荧光偏振免疫分析技术。方法的灵敏度0.3mg/L,批内、批间误差CV均小于6%,平均回收率104%,合用其它抗生素不干扰测定结果,与微生物法及放射免疫法比较相关系数γ分别为0.9687和0.9544。荧光偏振免疫法的建立,为临床测定床大霉素浓度提供了一种快速、精确和灵敏的新方法。 A fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) for gentamicin in human serum was es-tablished by preparing the fluorescent-labled ge-ntamicin and antisera specific for the compou-nd. The low limit of the method was 0.3mg/L. CVs within and between-run were<6%. An-alytical recoveries of drugs from serum aver-aged 104%. Commonly, co-administered drugs didnot interference the assay. Comparison of FPIAwith microbiological assay and radioimmunoass-ay for gentamicin yielded correlations of 0.97and 0.95 respectively. The FPIA was shown t?be a precise and reliable procedure for determi-ning gentamicin in human serum.
