摘要
为探讨手传振动对外周循环功能与植物神经功能的关系 ,对 39名金矿凿岩工人进行了冷水试验前后手部红外摄像及心率变异性的研究。结果表明 ,白指组、接振组SDANN较对照组明显降低 ,LF/HF较对照组明显增高 ,且均以白指组变化最甚 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;冷水试验前、后白指组、接振组皮肤温度较对照组明显下降 ,其中白指组降低最甚 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。
To explore the effects of hand transmitted vibration(HTV)on peripheral circulation and its correlation with autonomic nervous function,the thermograph and heart rate variability of 39 drilling workers in gold mine were observed.The results showed that SDANN in drilling workers decreased and LF/HF increased obviously in comparison with the control group,and most changes were observed in the patients with vibration induced white fingers(VWF)(P<0 05,P<0 01).Both after and before the cold water test,the skin temperature had a decreasing tendency in drilling workers,especially in workers with VWF(P<0 05,P<0 01).It suggested that the disorder of autonomic nervous function might be related to the dysfunction of peripheral circulation induced by HTV.
