摘要
本文报道冠心病患者红细胞免疫粘附功能和循环免疫复合物测定结果。冠心病患者红细胞C_3b受体花环率(13.61±2.99%)明显低于正常对照(17.77±4.27%),P<0.01;而红细胞免疫复合物花环率(7.45±2.41%)高于正常对照组(5.33±1.07%),P<0.01。冠心病患者血清CIC含量明显高于正常人,P<0.01。本文对此结果的临床意义进行了讨论。
We determined red cell immunological adherent function and circulating immune complex of 31 patients with coronary heart disease, and also determined 27 healthy persons as control, In coronary heart disease, the rosette formation rate(13.61± 2.99%) of red cell C3b receptor was lower than that(17.77±4.27%) of the normal persons(P<0.01), while the rosette formation rate(7.45±2.41%) of red cell immune complex was higher than that (5.33±1.07%) of healthy subjects (P<0.01). CIC levels of the sera from the above patients were higher than that in control (P<0.01). The clinical significance of these results was discussed.
