摘要
目的 :研究川芎嗪对局部脑缺血再灌流模型纹状体内IL 1β的影响。 方法 :给大鼠局部脑缺血再灌流模型分别应用川芎嗪和生理盐水 ,检测纹状体内IL 1β的含量。 结果 :生理盐水组缺血及缺血再灌流IL 1β含量均明显增多 ,川芎嗪治疗组缺血 2 4hIL 1β峰值明显低于生理盐水组 ,缺血再灌流各时相点IL 1β含量均明显低于生理盐水组。 结论 :局部脑缺血再灌流纹状体内IL 1β含量增多 ,川芎嗪可降低该脑区纹状体内IL 1β水平。
Aim:To study the tetramethylpyrazine effect on interleukin 1β (IL 1β) in the striatum of the local cerebral ischemia reperfusion model. Methods:Inject tetramethylpyrazine and normal saline intravenously into the models of rat local cerebral ischemia reperfusion respectively and determine the IL 1β levels in the striatum. Results:IL 1β levels in ischemia group and ischemia reperfusion group treated with normal saline increase remarkably. But IL 1β level in ischemia group and treated with tetramethylpyrazine is apparently lower than that of normal saline group, IL 1β level of ischemia reperfusion group at each phasic point is obviously lower than that of normal saline group. Conclusion:IL 1β content increases in the striatum of local cerebral ischemia reperfusion and tetramethylpyrazine can lower the IL 1β level in the ischemic part of the brain.
