摘要
蒲城发电厂 1号发电机定子铁芯温度测量存在强干扰信号 ,数显巡测仪不能正常显示。采用多种方法、在不同工况下对干扰信号进行实际测量 ,并对大量的试验数据和波形进行分析和量化计算处理 ,确认主干扰信号是由发电机内部电磁场引起。在试验、分析和计算的基础上 ,研制出FLB - 0 1型滤波器。对测量回路进行改造的同时 ,将滤波器投入运行 ,解决了信号存在强干扰的问题 ,各点温度示值稳定 ,无跳变现象 ,完全满足机组正常运行要求。
Through analyzing and calculating the data of the interference signals obtained in their measuring under different conditions by different methods the inner electromagnetic field of generator was determined to be the source of interference signal,which made the sweeping instruments display anomaly.On basis of testing,analysis and calculation,a FLB-01 type filter has been developed,which eliminates the interference signal with stable display of the temperature value in differents points.
