摘要
用X-光电子能谱(XPS)研究了掺饵铌酸锂(Er:LiNbO_3 Er.LN)晶体表面铒相对含量沿深度的分布及Er,Nb的结合能。发现掺杂剂铒在晶体表面严重富集,表面结合能大于体相;在铌的结合能谱图上出现一新的峰,表明在体相中铌的电子结构不同于表相。
The distribution of erbium content along depth and the bonding energy of erbium and niobium in erbium doped lithium niobate crystal were investigated by XPS method. It was found that the crystal is erbium-rich on surface and the bonding energy of Er on surface is higher than that in the crystal body. And a new peak appears on the Nb bonding energy curve, which indicates that the electronic state of Nb in the crystal body differs from that on the surface.
