摘要
介绍一种用神经网络实现无级查表功能的光纤位移传感器。其非线性误差小于 0 3%FS。
An optical fiber displacement transducer is introduced. The function of stepless table look up is implemented by using neural network. The non linear error of the transducer is less than 0 3% F.S. The hardware principle and the method of using neural network are presented concretely.
