摘要 本文从研究读者心理出发 ,探讨了图书馆尤其是高校图书馆如何适应新形势 ,改被动型借阅为引导型借阅 ,提高服务质量等有关问题。文章对提高馆员素质完善服务手段进行了阐述。对图书馆走向市场等热点问题 。 The essay, based on the theory of reading motivation, probes into problems such as, the adaptation of the management of libraries (esp. collegiate libraries), and the improvement of relevant facilities functions. The monitoring transformation may be essentially embodied in the new dimension-from the delivering pattern to the guiding pattern-to the end of the perfection of targeted means. Other subjects, such as the cultivation of vocational qualities, and facilities perfecting, are also involved in the discussion. The author also exhibits her own insight into a hot subject-marketing the library.
