摘要
加入 WTO在使我国经济融入到世界经济主流中去的同时 ,给我国的社会文化层面也带来了影响和冲击 ,高等教育无疑也要迎接挑战。我国加入 WTO对高等教育的影响从短期和中长期看主要有以下几个方面 :短期将促使高校专业设置和育人环境的重塑 ,促进我国高校竞争能力的增强 ,使我国高等职业技术教育由单纯针对职业岗位扩大到职业生涯 ;中长期中将使我们更加理性地思考我们的教育政策和目标 ,要求我们重新审视中国高等教育的起点、过程和结果 ,提高教育的公平程度 ,加大高校体制改革的力度 ,走办学多元化的道路 ,以加快我国高等教育大众化进程。
After the entrance into the 21 ST century, China’s entry into WTO will become the general trend. And after the entry into WTO, China’s economy will inevitably merge into the World’s mainstream. At the same time, China’s social and cultural areas will be also faced with the great influence and impact from WTO. Undoubtedly, China’s higher education system will meet with the challenges, too. During the mid-long period of time, China’s higher education system will be influenced in the following aspects: The short-term influence will be on the reconstruction of the majors and the educational environment. Therefore, the measures to promote the competence of China’s higher education institutions and to promote China’s higher vocational education must be aimed at a change from the pure vocational positions into vocational careers. The mid-long-term influence will make us consider, more rationally, our educational policy and goals, and will request us to reexamine the starting point, process and outcome of China’s higher edcation system, so as to fuel our reform of higher education system.
