摘要
观察了党参多糖及IL-2体内抗肿瘤作用.体内单用IL-2或党参多糖(CPPS)有抗S180肉产瘤作用,二者联合用药时有协同作用.荷瘤小鼠的淋巴细胞增殖试验表明,单用CPPS对髀细胞无自发增殖作用,但对Con-A诱导之脾细胞增殖有促进作用,联合用药时,作用更为明显.结果提示CPPS与IL-2有体内协同抗肿瘤作用,该作用的环节之一是增强了机体的免疫功能.
In this paper,we studied in vivo anti-tumor effects of Codonopsis pilosula polysacarides (CPPS) and Inteleukin2 (IL-2) on murine S180 tumor.CPPS and IL-2 were administrated in the dose of 400 mg ?kg-1×7 day (ip) or 2 500 U·kg-1×7day (sc) respectively.When used alone,either of them could reduce the weights of murine S180 tumor; when used together,the synergistic antitumor effect was found.It was also found that both CPPS and IL-2 could enhance Con-A stimulated proferation and NK activity of splenocytes in S180 tumor bearing mice.The results suggested that CPPS and IL-2 have the synergistic antitumor effect in vivo and one of the macha-nisms of this effect may relate to the enhancement of the immune functions of the body.
