摘要
甲氯苯酰胺是一种选择性可逆的单胺氧化酶－A抑制剂，本品治疗的抑郁症与三环类抗抑郁症（TCA）疗效相似，具有起效快，耐受性好，副反应轻的特点。
There is no significant differences between moclobemide,a newmonoamine oxidase inhibitor,and tricyclic antidepressants(TCAs)in efficacy for treatment of depression but the former is superior to the later in respect of onset of action, tolerance and side reactions.
