摘要
自 1997年底以来 ,我国已连续实施了一系列扩张性财政政策 ,但效果并不明显。作者运用实证分析进行研究的结果表明 :(1)财政支出扩张对经济增长拉动不力是由于投资乘数较小的结果 ;(2 )近年来通过发行国债实施财政支出扩张并未产生挤出效应。
Since the end of 1997, China has consecutively implemented a series of expansionary financial policies but the effect has not been good enough. The results of case study carried out in this paper shows: 1. The reason that the expansion of finance could not support the growth of economy is because the multiplier was too small. 2. Recent financial expansion by means of issuing of national debts has not reached extrusion effect.
