摘要
目的 :了解北京大学精神卫生研究所专家门诊初诊病人的病种分布。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 6月专家门诊初诊病人进行统计分析 ,并将确诊病例按CCMD 2 R疾病学分类标准进行分类。结果 :共调查病人 15 31例 ,发现各病种在门诊病人中的分布 ,以神经症最高 ,占总病例数的 15 2 2 % ;重性精神病中情感性精神障碍占 13 13% ,高于精神分裂症及其他精神障碍。结论 :门诊初诊病人的分布与精神疾病的患病率。
Objective:To study the type of the first out\|patients in specialist clinic in Mental Health Institution of Beijing university.Methods:The first out\|patients were classified by CCMD\|Ⅱ\|R from January 2000 to June.Results:In the 1 531 patients,the distribution of neurosis patients were the highest(15.22%)and the patients of Affective Disorder were found higher(13.13%)than schizophrenia and the other major psychosis.Conclusion:Types of the first out\|patients were related wioth diagnostic standard,Hospital situation and so on.
