摘要
通过人工接种在田间造成小麦秆锈菌(Puccinia graminis var.tritici)流行动态不同的小区。系统调查各小区病情及单收考种产量。结果表明,小麦秆锈病对小麦百穗重、千粒重和百穗粒数都有显著影响,尤其对百穗重影响最大。产量损失率与病情指数呈正相关,产量损失率最高可达70. 15%。回归估计模型为:(1) L%=-10. 7392+0. 8076x_2(R=0. 9843,SLx=3. 9195) ,(2) L%=-9. 2374+0. 3150x_1+0. 7587x_2(R=0. 9877,SLx=4. 0717,式中 x_1和 x_2分别为小麦开花期病情指数和乳熟期病情指数)。
Different cases of epidemic of stem rust of wheat were simulated by artificial inoculation in the field.The percentages of yield loss were got by comparing the yield of the diseased plots with that of the corresponding check plots.The result showed that the disease caused the significant reduction in the 100 ears wight,1000 grain weight and grains per 100 ears.The yield loss ranged 3. 95%~70. 15% depending on the disease indexes.By regression anylysis,CP-model L%=10. 7392+0. 8076x_2 (R=0. 9843,S_(Lx)=3. 9195) and MP-model L%=-9. 2374+0. 3150x_1
+0. 7587x_2 (R=0. 9877,S_(Lx)=4. 0717) were derived,where x-1 is the disease index at flowering stage and x_2 is the disease index at milky rape stage.
