摘要
目的 寻求治疗尺桡骨骨折的理想内固定方法。方法 采用镍钛形状记忆合金锯齿臂环抱器治疗 2 8例尺桡骨骨折。结果 术后随访 4～ 2 7个月 (平均 15个月 )。功能恢复优 17例 ,良 7例 ,可 4例。结论 镍钛形状记忆合金锯齿臂环抱器治疗尺桡骨骨折有利于促进骨折愈合和肘、腕关节功能康复 ,降低骨不连和再骨折发生率 。
Objective To find out the ideal method of internal fixation for the treatment of fractures of the diaphysis of the radius and ulna. Methods 28 patients suffered from fractures of the diaphysis of the radius and ulna were treated with Ni Ti shape memory sawtooth arm embracing internal fixator. Results\ All 28 patients were available for follow up of 4～27 months,15 months on average. Excellent results were found in 17 cases, good in 7 cases, and fair in 4 cases. Conclusion This method has enhanced the fracture healing and functional recovery, and decreased the incidence of the non union and refracture. The Ni Ti shape memory alloy fixation is a better method to treat fractures of the diaphysis of the radius and ulna.
