摘要
制备价格适中、效果好的真丝无甲醛抗皱整理剂。采用缩乙二醇与甲基丙烯酸酯化反应 ,合成缩乙二醇甲基丙烯酸双酯(整理剂) ,并对其影响因素(催化剂、溶剂、阻聚剂)和产品结构进行了研究分析 ,从而选择了最优合成条件。一缩双酯转化率98.8 % ,纯度90.8% ,产率89%。
For preparing an effective and reasonable price non-formaldehyde anti-crease finishing agent for natural silk, diglycol methacrylate (finishing agent)was synthesized by esterifying reaction of diglycol with methacrylic acid. An analytical research was performed on the influencing factors(catalyst, solvent, inhibitor) and the structure of the product. Thus, the best synthesis conditions were selected. The conversion rate of the product:98.8%, purity:90.8% and yield rate:89%.
