摘要
本文报道太湖鱼类寄生粘孢子虫23种,包括5新种,即太湖粘体虫(新种)Myxosoma taihuensis sp.nov.,江苏碘泡虫(新种)Myxobolus kiagsuensissp.nov.,太湖碘泡虫(新种)Myxobolus taihuensis sp.nov.,拟尖形碘泡虫(新种)Myxobolus paracutus sp.nov.,鲩尾孢虫(新种)Henneguya ctenop-hasynodoni Sp.nov.。
In summer 1959, 33 species of Myxosporidia parasitic in tissue of freshwater fishes from Taihu Lake were collected, and 23 species of them were reported in the present paper. Among them, 18 species were known previously, the other 5 species are new to science and their characteristics are summerized as follows:
1. Myxosoma taihuensis sp. nov.(fig.3)-parasitic in abdominal muscle of Hypophthalmichthys nolitrix (Cuvier et Valenciennes ). It's cyst is round and white, 2-3mm in diametor. The spores are spherical in thecal view and ovoidal in sutural view. The shellvalves are smooth and with a small intercapsular appendix in anterior end. The polar capsules are pyriform. The sporoplasm has no iodinophilous vacuole. Dimensiors of mounted spores (in PVA): Length of spores 11.4 (10- 12.1) microns, breadth of spores 4.7(4.5-6.0) microns, thickness of spores 4.5(4.1-5.0) microns, polar capsules 4.2(3.8-4.6) × 2.5(2.2-
3.0) micrors.
2. Myxobolus kiagsuensis sp. nov. ( fig.8 )-parasitic in the gill tissue of Missgurnus anguillicaudatus (Cantor). The spores ovoidal in the-cal view. Shell valves smooth or with 5-6 'V' shaped folds. The two equal size polar capsules are pyriform. Sporoplasm conthining an iodophilic vacuole. Dimensions of spores (proserved in 5% formalin): Length of spores 12.5 ( 11.4-13.6)microns, breadth of spores 9.0(7.6-
9.1) microns, thickness of spores 6.8(6.1-7.6) microns, porlar capsules 4.5(3.0-4.6)×2.5(2.3-3.0) microns.
The present species resembles Myxobolus impressus Miroshniche nkc, but differs from the latter in the shape of the spores. 3. Myxobolus taihuensis sp. nov. (fig.9)-parasitic in the gill of Mylopharyngodon piceus(Richardson). The cyst is 'egg'-shaped and very transparent. The round and ovoidal in thecal view, 'egg'-shaped in sutural view. The two equal size polar capsules are pyriform. Dimensions of fresh materials: Length of spores 10.6-12.6 microns, breadth of spores 7.6-10.5 microns, thickness of spores 5.0-6.0 micons, polar capsules 4.6-
