摘要
本文基于气固混合物管流中颗粒群运动方程和一般压降表达式,利用极值条件,发展了气力输送的最佳气流速度和最佳管径的工程计算方法,其结果与实验比较,符合良好。
An engineering calculation method of optimum velocity and optimum diameter for the pneumatic transport has been developed. The method is based on the equation of the motion of particles and the general expression of the pressure drop for mixture of a solid and a gas in pipe flow ,and the condition of extreme value is used. The calculated results show good agreement with the experimental data.
