摘要
目的 :对重睑术所致上睑下垂的原因及特殊临床表现分析提出防治原则。 方法 :分析 2 3例 41侧重睑术所致上睑下垂的形成原因 ,针对原因及遵循彻底松解瘢痕粘连 ,选择适当的手段 (如去除缝合线、眶隔脂肪移位、自体眼轮匝肌下移或眼轮匝肌瓣转移、自体脂肪组织游离移植 )隔离原先的粘连区 ,必要时可处理上睑提肌腱的治疗原则 ,分别或结合不同的方法治疗 ,术后随访 3个月至 2年。 结果 :除眼轮匝肌下移、睑板前眼轮匝肌瓣转移治疗效果不理想外 ,其它方法均获得满意效果。 结论 :治疗重睑所致上睑下垂时 ,只要遵循上述原则 。
Objective:The special clinical signs and the treating principles of the blepharoptosis caused by upper eyelid fold formation will be summarized in this report. Methods:In the group of 23 cases with 41 sides of blepharoptosis,the causes were analyzed.The principles which the scar adhesion should be relesaed,some certain separating ways should be used and the tendon of palpebral levator should be settled in some special cases.All the cases are followed in 3 months to 36 months postoperatively. Results:All the cases are satisfactory with the results but 3 cases with transferring the orbicularis muscle (flap). Conclusion:The long term results will be got satisfactorily only are the above principles followed as the blepharoptosis is corrected. [
