摘要
[目的 ]研究杜仲茶水提取物对DNA的损伤作用。 [方法 ]采用Ames试验、SOS/Umu试验、DNA交联试验、彗星试验、外周血网织红细胞微核试验等分析杜仲茶水提取物的遗传毒性作用。 [结果 ]杜仲茶水提取物的Ames试验、SOS/Umu试验、DNA交联试验、外周血网织红细胞微核试验等结果为阴性。彗星试验结果表明 :杜仲茶水提取物浓度0 0 1mg/ml、0 0 5mg/ml、0 2 5mg/ml、0 5mg/ml,3 7℃作用 16h ,可引起小鼠血淋巴细胞彗星尾长同对照组比较差异有显著性。 [结论 ]杜仲茶可能具有致小鼠血淋巴细胞DNA单链断裂作用。
Objective] Genotoxicity of crude extracts of Tochu tea was studied. [Methods] Ames test,DNA cross links test,SOS/Umu test,comet assay and peripheral blood reticulocytes micronucleus assay were used. [Results] Only the result of comet assay was positive.The result of comet assay showed that the tail length increased significantly when the mouse blood lymphocytes were treated with 0 01,0 05,0 25,0 50mg/ml crude extracts of Tochu tea for 16 h at 37℃( P <0 01). [Conclusion] The results suggest that Tochu tea may cause the DNA single strand breaks.
