脾虚大鼠生长抑素、胃动素、胆囊收缩素内分泌细胞的变化 被引量:7

Experimental Study on Changes of Enteroendocrine Cells of Somatostain, Motilin and Cholecystokinin in Splenic Asthenia Rat Model

摘要 目的 :探讨“脾虚失于健运”在胃肠内分泌细胞方面的物质表现形式。方法 :用SABC法对利血平造模 7天和 1 4天的脾虚大鼠模型的胃和十二指肠粘膜中D细胞、I细胞、Mo细胞进行染色 ,观察细胞形态、数量的变化。结果 :与正常组比较 ,脾虚 6天组D细数升高 ,强阳性细胞率下降 ( 2 1 5.2±1 5.2和 34.6± 2 .5vs 393.2± 2 2 .8和 2 4 .1± 3.5,P <0 .0 1 ) ;Mo细胞数下降 ( 2 6.8± 6.3,P <0 .0 1 ) ,强阳性细胞率升高 ( 4 3.8± 3.5,P <0 .0 5) ;I细胞强阳性细胞率升高 ( 4 1 .4± 4.5,P <0 .0 1 ) ;脾虚 1 4天组D细胞强阳性细胞率升高 ( 4 6.4± 9.0 ,P <0 .0 5) ;Mo细胞强阳性细胞率下降 ( 1 6.8± 1 .6,P <0 .0 1 ) ,I细胞数和强阳性细胞率中高 ( 77.3± 1 1 .1和 40 .0± 3.8,P <0 .0 1 )。四君子汤组大鼠与正常对照组无显著差别。结论 :消化道内分泌细胞的合成、分泌活动在脾虚证病程中呈动态改变。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of 'dysfunction of the spleen in transport' with gastrointestinal enterocrine cells. Methods: The short-term and long-term rat models of spleen-asthenia syndrome(RMSA I and RMSA II group) were treated by reserpine for seven days and fourteen days respectively. Si-jun-zi Decoction was used as a remedy to verify the avilability of the model. Immunohistochemical SABC method was employed to stain D cell of gastric antrum, I cell and Mo cell of duodenum. The variation of appearance and quantity of endocrine cells were observed by light microscope. Results: In the rat models of seven days, as compared with controls, the number of D cell increased (P<0.01),the number of Mo cell reduced (P<0.01),the percentage of strong positive D cell reduced (P<0.01),the percentage of strong positive I cell and Mo cell increased (P<0.01,P<0.05). In the rat models of fourteen days, as compared with controls, the number of the number of Ⅰcell increased (P<0.01), the percentage of strong positive D cell reduced (P<0.01),the percentage of strong positive D cell and Ⅰcell increased (P<0.01),the percentage of strong positive Mo cell reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion: The synthetic and secretory function of the enteroendocrinr cells varyed with the development of spleen-asthenia syndrome.
