摘要
目前临床能力考核一般采用病例分析方法。因无统一试题、统一标准答案、统一评分尺度，其结果不够科学、合理，难以客观反映被试者实际水平。运用计算机考试较前者有较多优点：试者可任意选择试题和组卷；可快速进行多指标试卷分析；考核客观公正、简便灵活、省时省力等。要使计算机考试推广、普及，首先应普及计算机知识，其次要规范化培训受试者，要不断提高试题质量。
The examination of the clinical competence is now conducted by means of only case anal-ysis without unfied xamination-paper,and answer and grading criteria.So it is not fair andreasonable enough,not in a scientic way.The examinees’practical achievements are difficultto judge subjectively.The examination by application of computer is absolutely superior tothe former.The examiner may extensively select and combine examination-questions at ran-dom to develop examination-paper;various target analyses can be rapidly made for the exami-nation-paper;it may be conduced objectively,conveniently,flexibly and saving time and ef-fort.In order to popularize it,knowledge of computers should be spread;residents(examinees)be standardly trained and the examination-questions should be constantly im-Proved.
